PT. Karang Mas Sejahtera Co will terminate the management contract with The Ritz-Carlton Company L.L.C. in operating the Resort in Bali as of March 31, 2009. AYANA Resort and Spa will be managed by a leading management company The West Paces Hotel Group based in USA.

A new management company has been appointed, THE WEST PACES HOTEL GROUP based in Atlanta, Georgia USA, which is a leading hotel management company founded by Mr. Horst H. Schulze, the former president and COO of the Ritz Carlton Company who is renowned hoteliers in establishing the highest level of service in the hospitality industry.
They are confident that working with THE WEST PACES HOTEL GROUP, the resort will be continue to excel in delivering the finest facilities & services to our guests. Moreover with the guidance of Horst Schulze, who was in charge for our resort opening in 1996, and therefore quite familiar with our staffs, facilities, customers as well as service quality.

The resort will be provide the same facilities & services and constantly looking for ways to improve our service to customers.
